Payment:
We happily accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. You must use a PayPal account to purchase our products. It is very easy to sign up and you can use it all the time when shopping online! Simply go to www.paypal.com

Security:
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Processing Your Order:
Please allow 3-10 business days for your order to process. We have limited inventory and some things are made to order.

Shipping:
We ship Priority flat rate whenever possible. This is the most economical way to ship out of Hawaii. Please allow for 3 days ship time to the west coast and 7 days for the east coast.

Returns:
All items purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All custom items are non returnable- unless there is a manufacturer default in which case refer to the repair policy below.

Jewelry Repair Policy:
All items purchased online have a guarantee of quality. We offer repairs due to customer wear and manufacturer default. For Jewelry all repairs are offered free of charge within 3 months of the purchase date. Afterwards a fee will be charged according to the extent of repair needed (labor plus the cost of materials plus shipping).
